Resident records, kept to your program.
WasteLogIQ holds residents' names, numbers and addresses. Here is how it keeps them to your program, signs people in, and records who did what.
Every request passes the same checks.
From a resident record on someone's screen back to the database and its backups, each step is guarded.
- An encrypted connection TLS 1.2 or newer, every time. Plain HTTP is sent to HTTPS.
- A signed sign-in token Issued at sign-in, expiring, and required on every request.
- Your role, checked View, edit or manage, per area, enforced by the service.
- Your program only Every query is scoped to your program's own records.
- A private database No public address, and connections to it require TLS.
- Backups Point-in-time restore, with a copy kept in a second region.
Who can see what
Each program stays its own
Every program runs as its own tenant. One program cannot read or change another's data.
No readable passwords
Passwords are stored as Argon2 hashes, never in a form anyone can read.
Access checked every time
Roles are enforced by the service, not just hidden in the screens. Deactivating someone takes effect on their next click.
Invitations, not shared passwords
New people get a one-time link, valid for seven days, to set their own password. Reset links work once and expire after a day.
Staff use single sign-on only
Intellizu staff who support your program sign in to a separate console through company single sign-on. It has no password sign-in at all.
Who did it, from the account
Who acted is taken from the signed-in account, never from a form, and each change is saved together with its history entry.
Changes leave a record
Every change to your program's settings, and to anyone's role or access, is logged with who made it, when, and the values before and after. Administrators can read it in the product.
